Hemingway Daiquiri

Hemingway Daiquiri (The Papa Doble)

A twist of the famous Daiquiri, with less sugar and a double portion of rum for richness in taste. Just like the famous writer Ernest Hemingway preferred it and whose name was given to that recipe well known to the public as Hemingway Daiquiri.


60ml White Rum
15ml Lime juice
15ml Maraschino liqueur
40ml Grapefruit juice

Tools & Method

Tools: Shaker, Strainer
Method: Shake
Glass: Cocktail / Martini
Garnish: Peel of Grapefruit


Add into the shaker the ice and all the ingredients. Shake them and then strain into a cocktail or martini glass. Garnish with a peel of grapefruit.
