It is a refreshing recipe made with a “unusual” ingredient called long pepper. Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin is my option for this spicy cocktail that I offer at my bar. You can adjust how much pepper you grate in it, depending on your customer’s taste.
60 ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
120 ml Premium Tonic Water
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 slightly crashed cardamom pods
Long Pepper grated
