Spiced Gin & Tonic

Spiced Gin & Tonic Cocktail

It is a refreshing recipe made with a “unusual” ingredient called long pepper. Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin is my option for this spicy cocktail that I offer at my bar. You can adjust how much pepper you grate in it, depending on your customer’s taste.


60 ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
120 ml Premium Tonic Water
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 slightly crashed cardamom pods
Lemon peel
Long Pepper grated

Tools & Method

Tools: Bar Spoon | Method: Stir | Glass: High Ball | Garnish: Lemon peel, long peppers


Fill your glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Stir gentry. Garnish with lemon peel and long peppers.
