Beer & Bar Magazine is a printed magazine in Greek language, which has its supportive website in English for visitors and readers who don’t understand Greek. Our main goal is to provide news from the industry and articles written by professionals of it like bartenders, brewers, sommeliers, chefs among others (Learn more for Beer & Bar Magazine at “About” section). We cooperate with journalists for specific reasons. In any case, our team is looking to provide articles in the highest standards, which includes personal experiences, detailed research and independence in reporting.

Featured Partner (Advertorials): We call it also paid content, is created by our editors and graphic designers but presented with its own typography, layout and icon.
Press tours: An agent or producer invites a member of the editorial team on a tour. Travel, accommodation and meals are paid. The magazine team is not committing to publish anything, if the editorial team is not convinced there is informative and educational value. If publication does occur, clear reference to the invitation is included.
Tasting sessions: We love to evaluate the products, before writing about them. It will help us provide specific details about the product. Tasting sessions cannot be requested and sponsored by the industry. They are engaged in only after independent selection by either our authors or external experts of Beer & Bar Magazine.
Cooperation/media partnerships: Our magazine is always happy to assist and promote any activity, events and products. Beer & Bar Magazine will review any proposal. Cooperations include product developments, launches, competitions and other market activities of partners and includes media coverage. Such connections are made transparent to readers in a disclosure statement at the end of the article or through graphic design including the logo of the magazine.
Bar/Pub profiles: Beer & Bar Magazine has a standard method to cover bars, pubs and restaurants in Greece and worldwide. The sole criterion is relevance to bar culture as decided by the editorial team. Any bar, pub and restaurant cannot request a profile sponsored by them or others. Note that it is completely different to promote an advertisement rather a profile.
Interviews/People Profiles: Our magazine likes to highlight people behind the bar, kitchens, breweries, vineries and distilleries, that distinguish in the industry for their work. Individuals will be profiled or interviewed. Interviews are, in accordance with our standards, proofread for transcription errors by interviewees. We don’t censorship the answers of the questions or don’t manipulate other content. Interviews and portraits developed in the context of a media partnership will be mentioned as such.
